How are thread-portraits made?
I use kilometers of synthetic thread. Depth is created from the many intersections and overlays in the image, which you'll want to contemplate for a long time. The smooth surface of the thread plays beautifully with light and doesn't collect dust.
The beauty and complexity of the weaving is complemented by a white canvas of MDF and steel studs.
The standard size for an image is 75x75 cm.
The materials are selected in such a way that the work can be passed down from generation to generation.
I put a part of my soul into my work, so the images evoke only pleasure and positive feelings.

Who buys thread-canvases String Theory?
Most often, thread-canvases "String Theory" are ordered as one-of-a-kind gifts for loved ones.

What kind of images can you order?
I can create practically anything other than highly-detailed images like battle scenes, forest landscapes, etc. Send over some images and I'll tell you if they'll look nice in string.
What delivery services do you use?
I use Fedex and TNT. On request, I can deliver canvases with EMS. In Cyprus, I can deliver the canvas personally. International shipping takes 3–10 days. If you're concerned about a deadline, contact me.
How is the canvas packaged?
In a strong box of five-layer cardboard. It's easy to deliver and safely transport by any means (even in a plane's cargo compartment) with this type of box.
How do I hang the canvas?
I include the proper hardware in the box.
How do I take care of the picture?
The picture doesn't require any special care. You can occasionally wipe the white canvas with a cloth. Do not, under any circumstances, use a vacuum or expose the thread to flame! I carefully selected the materials so that you don't need to think about any special care.
Do you make color images?
I found myself in blackand white images. I like the capture mood in black and white, like old photos. I do experiment with color, but I don't put these images up for sale. Everything has its time.
